After many years advising major players within the debt industry, we realised that many businesses lacked the time, skills or resources to collect outstanding accounts from slow paying customers. Inevitably they had to resort to traditional debt collection or the legal route to get paid. This action almost always resulted in destroying any ongoing relationship with their customer.

We realised that businesses needed to find a non-confrontational way to collect outstanding accounts before they became delinquent. With this aim, we developed Cashflow Protector™ - it had to be simple to use, low-cost, web-enabled to allow clients to instruct us online whenever they wanted. It also had to work for accounts personnel as well as small business owners with no accounts knowledge.

Our research showed that Cashflow Protector™ needed to provide a complete solution and that meant we had to include legal cover with our own in-house specialist legal team and our call centre had to be UK based.

Client retention is key for all businesses - once you have a client you want to keep them and if you can't get them to pay you need to put processes in place to do this.

So we developed Cashflow Protector™.
